power delivery equipment. Additionally, each switchgear
craftsman has attended a Switchgear Certification
Program through General Electric's Training
and Development Center. The program consists
of intensive training and hands-on experience which ensures
that ETM's workers perform a safe, reliable, and efficient
job.
